Unlike frozen dough programs, our Thaw & Sell allows retailers to thaw and display product on an as-needed basis, and requires no special training or equipment to bake-off product, eliminating shrink and improving profit margins.

Our products are made from customized recipes specifically designed for freeze/thaw applications and extended shelf life while delivering “perceived as fresh” products.
