We developed our Thaw & Sell program to meet the unique needs of the in-store deli sales channel. Unlike frozen dough programs, that require special training and equipment to bake-off product, our Thaw & Sell program allows retailers to thaw and display product on an as-needed basis, eliminating shrink and improving profit margins.

Athens Baking uses proprietary recipes that are specifically designed for freeze/thaw applications as well as extended shelf life.
